Serena offers you her farm and artisanal charcuterie “CASA SERENA” which respects ancestral traditions and recipes.
Of the Corsican breed known as “Nustrale”, the pigs raised in semi-freedom consume acorns, roots, forest fruits and cereals, thus guaranteeing high-end meat.
Farming on a human scale, small production, control of each stage, each gesture, from breeding to sale through processing, make it possible to offer very high quality charcuterie.
Serena's charcuterie is on sale at the Ortu di San'Ghjuvà nursery/market garden located near the farm.
